We returned a cheaper air hockey table that took 3 hours to assemble only to find it was broken. We ordered this triumph 60 in off hay needle.com. Easy to install despite a few pre drilled holes that were not there. Prefect for kids under 15 looking for a decent table without spending 500.00. Bonus: there is no electronic noise from the scoreboard!

I purchased this for my game room and the size is just right. I also have a couple of other games in there so 5 ft was a good size for my room. We set it up and it works well. There are just a few things that prevented me giving it 5 stars. The sides of the table need to be a little higher. The puck flies off the table easily. Also you have to be very careful taking the puck out of the goal or you will score a goal for your opponent if you touch the inside of goal. It was easy to set up except some of the holes were not predrilled enough. They just had a mark there and you had to work hard to get screw in to tighten. Other than that it was a great purchase and we have had lots of fun with it already.

A very flimsy toy, all particle board, weak blower, puck and paddles TINY, puck flies off the table very easily, definitely not for kids over the age of 5.

The table itself was nice. Edging around the “rink” appeared to just be coated cardboard. The puck moved freely and play was fast. A bit on the flimsy side. Probably not worth the price. More like a $100 table. Certainly wouldn’t stand up to the heated competition between teenagers.I had to return it because there was a big gouge in both the packaging and one corner of the rink. Will not order another one. Will spend the extra money to get a more sturdy one.

I got this for my home office… my wife and I always loved air hockey and I figured my kids would enjoy some time off their computers. This table was perfectly sized… I’ve been searching for the right size for quite some time and they always seem either way too big, or just a bit too small. Actual play area is 53″ by 26″.

The table arrived in perfect condition… no missing pieces and not so much as a scratch on the finish. It arrived mostly assembled, needing only to install the legs and puck catchers. The table is pretty light and I had no trouble putting it together by myself within a few minutes.

It’s made entirely of MDF material and plastic, with a PVC sticker graphics. Lightweight, but not so much that it shifts around during play. It’s also very sturdy. It comes with two pushers and two pucks… all of which are smaller then I was expecting. The pushers are 2-1/2″ and the pucks are 2-1/8″. It’s a really nice looking table.

Unfortunately, all isn’t perfect. First, the score keepers are very generic and VERY easily bumped. A simple ridge along the back would have made a huge difference in how easily the markers are accidentally moved during play. This, in my opinion, is the worst part about the table.

Second, all the plastic used on the table is extremely cheap-looking. Somewhat sharp edges and left over plastic burrs on other edges make the table look cheap upon closer inspection.

Third, “PVC Laminated Playfield” is a bit of false advertising… at least it wasn’t anywhere near what I was expecting. Most air hockey tables that I’ve used either had an actual sheet of PVC for the table top, or is was a thin piece that was adhered to the top of a sheet of wood… either way, it was a smooth PVC top. This table has a PVC STICKER that’s placed on top of the MDF top. It’s super thin and I was able to put a dent in it with my finger nail. Although I expect it to last a few years of light use, I have no doubt that ultimately the end of this table will be a result of the table top wearing out. Give this table to a couple of kids, unsupervised, who abuse it, it won’t last long at all.

In the end, I got this table through Amazon’s lightning deals just before Christmas for a hundred dollars. My family will likely get a lot of entertainment out of this table, however I don’t feel I got a ‘deal’ on it… I think what I paid is exactly what it’s worth. The fact that the normal price of this table is more then twice what I paid is obscene. As nice as it looks, no way is this table worth more then $200 for the three reasons mentioned above

We purchased a different one for my son for Christmas (MD Sports Medal) at Walmart and the motor on the fan died after playing it for 5 minutes (took longer to set up than the amount of time he got to play with it before it died) so we returned it and found out this happens to this particular model! So after searching for a better option, we bought this one since it got great reviews and we love it! Everyone in the family has been enjoying it – even my 17 month old has had fun playing it. Easy to set up, no problems so far with the motor on the fan and perfect size for a family room.
